Day packages include:

  • Exclusive access to all ceremony locations and both indoor and outdoor reception areas from 9 AM – 11 PM.
  • Full-day use of our on-site Bridal Suite, Men’s Retreat, Catering Prep Kitchen, 2 fishing ponds, outdoor fire pit, and parking areas.
  • 10 farmhouse wooden tables, 15x 60” round tables, 7 high top cocktail tables,150 wooden Chiavari chairs, 20 wooden benches, 200 gold chargers, 160 antique goblets, 80 water glasses and 3 decorative whiskey barrels.
  • Accommodates 200 guests. Weddings of over 200 are welcomed but additional tables and chairs will need to be rented by the client from an outside vendor.
  • Additional guests exceeding standard 200: $15.00 each.

Weekend Getaway Package
$13,000

+7% sales tax, +5% Santa Rosa County tourist development tax on night stays, $650 cleaning fee and $500 refundable damage deposit

Weekend Getaway Package includes:

  • All of the above day package amenities, PLUS:
  • Exclusive use of the venue from 2 PM Thursday to 10 AM Sunday.
  • Use of the venue and amenities for a rehearsal dinner on site.
  • Overnight accommodations in the Lodge, featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and 5 queen air mattresses.
  • Overnight accommodations in our on-site 36’ RV. RV comes equipped with a full bathroom, full kitchen, 2 TVs, electric fireplace, and Bluetooth speakers. Sleeps 6.
  • 2 additional RV hookups on site. RVs not included.
  • 4 wooden camping platforms for primitive camping.
  • Sunday night may be added at additional fees pending availability.

All couples that book with us will be able to schedule a time to have their engagement
photoshoot done on site with their photographer!

Vintage Car Stationary
Photo-Op: $300

Hidden Oak Farm will park our teal, refurbished 1948 Desoto Deluxe vintage car in the location of your choice as a photo op for your event. The car will be parked in its location prior to your arrival on the event day, and will remain in this location for the entirety of your event.

Elopement Packages - 20 or fewer guests

Ceremony + Photography Only Package - $1000

(+7% sales tax and $500 refundable damage deposit)
May only be scheduled within 90 days of your elopement date.

Package includes:

  • Use of the outdoor portion of the venue for 2 hours
  • Exclusive access to all outdoor ceremony locations for ceremony and/or photography
  • Use of 20 wooden chiavari chairs
    Power, parking and restroom access
  • Maximum guest count is 20, including the bride and groom.
  • Photographer does not count towards the total guest count.
  • Setup & Teardown is not included
  • 1-hour rehearsal during business hours the week of your elopement

Deluxe Elopement Package - $2000

(+7% sales tax and $500 refundable damage deposit)
May only be scheduled within 120 days of your elopement date. Weekday elopement dates are more flexible and may be scheduled further out.

Package includes:

  • Use of the entire venue for 5 hours
  • Exclusive access to all ceremony locations for ceremony and/or photography. Ceremony may be held indoors in our beautiful climate-controlled sunroom or at any of our multiple outdoor locations.
  • On-site Bridal Suite and Men’s Retreat for getting ready and bride/groom photos prior to the ceremony
  • Use of 2 farmhouse wooden tables for hors d’oeuvres, 20 wooden chiavari chairs, 4 wooden benches, 20 antique goblets and 20 gold chargers
  • Power, parking and restroom access
  • 1 bedroom will be available in the bridal suite for restroom using while getting ready, all other bedrooms will be closed off
  • Maximum guest count is 20, including the bride and groom. Vendors do not count towards the guest count.
  • Pre-cooked hors d’oeuvres may be brought by the client. Only licensed caterers may use the kitchen on site. Kitchen is for PREPPING ONLY, no cooking on site is allowed.
  • Setup & Teardown is not included
  • 1-hour rehearsal during business hours the week of your elopement
